"We have an annual contract with Sunset Mechanical for maintenance of the system they put in in 2005. This was a spring check up and filter replacement. They replaced the screw valves on our water intake and filter to make it easier for me to turn off and on when replacing the filter. They will also be returning to replace our hose bibb faucets with self draining ones so that I do not have to crawl under the house to turn off the water during frigid weather. I am also talking with them about hot water heater replacement and removal of an old softening system. Given the work they have done on the HVAC system, I total confidence in their plumbing work as well. They started as plumbers long ago.
