"The furnace and A/C for my first floor were old and inefficient, so I had Sunset come out to install a new system. They ran diagnostics to measure the proper system and quoted me several options and explained the pros and cons of each option and let me decide on which to install. They came on the days they said they would, and left electric heaters overnight since it was a 2-day process. They charged me exactly the same price that they had quoted. I have been a customer of Sunset for several years, and thoroughly trust them and let them enter my home while I'm at work. "I called Justin after another HVAC company charged me $82 two days in a row to look at my AC. They said I needed a new compressor for $2175. Justin said he didn't think so and came over in 20 minutes. Pretty impressive from the owner of the company. He came over with another guy and they were extremely professional. I felt like these guys were Doctors doing a surgery (in a good way). They told me what they thought the issues were and gave me an estimate on all the work they needed to do and what they thought would be a good idea to do. I agreed to the price and they left to go get supplies. They said they would be back in an hour. An hour later they returned as they had said and started to work. They were up and down the stairs and in the attic for an hour straight on a 90 degree day. These guys did the job right!!!
