"They were very, very responsive, professional, but friendly. I got them off the list and they were not the least expensive, but they had such great reviews, so I used them. I spent somewhere around $4000 on that service. They explained everything and explained what they were doing and said that I would have to have the builder inspector out. They coordinated the inspection and they also had to get an electrician out because there was an issue. When the electrician did not do things exactly the way he was supposed to, they got the electrical company back out and again coordinated with building inspector. They always followed-up to make sure it was inspected and done and when there was an issue, they make out immediately and fixed it. I need to get a service contract with them and they also called me two or three times about the fact that it was time for an inspection, but I travel a lot, so I need coordinate with them. "After consulting 6 contractors I came across Sunset. They were very thorough with their first visit. They didn't just guess what my house needed...they actually calculated the needs of my home. (Very important, as the other 6 contractors just wanted to put in larger units which would have been wasted money.) The work was complete within a week and a half of the quote.
